26-27 Performing Arts Center Box Office Worker

About the Role

The Box Office worker staffs the Box Office in District Performing Arts Centers, providing the highest level of customer service to PAC patrons and handling problems as they arise while ensuring a positive resolution. Hours are assigned based on PAC need and worker availability.

Responsibilities

• Arrive 30 minutes prior to the Box Office opening (Box Office opens 1 hour before the event start time)
• Sell tickets at the Box Office using PAC ticketing software
• Print and distribute Will Call tickets
• Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions and providing a wide variety of information in a helpful and professional manner
• Escalate safety concerns to PAC Manager on Duty or Theater Event Manager (House Manager)

Qualifications

Sufficient customer service, box office, or sales experience to perform the above duties with confidence and professionalism.

Pay

Hourly rate: $22.50
