26-27 Jefferson- Hourly Reading tutor

About the Role

This hourly tutoring position supports students in reading and works closely with school personnel to analyze diagnostic assessment results. The role reports to the Building Principal and is classified as non-exempt under FLSA.

Responsibilities

• Confer with school personnel to analyze diagnostic assessment results.
• Tutor students in reading.
• Maintain required records, including student progress, assessment results, and hours of tutoring.
• Maintain a professional relationship with students, parents, and educators.
• Participate in training.
• Assist in managing the computerization of school district operations, including providing training and support to district staff on administrative computer systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the educational program.

Requirements

• Current Oklahoma Teacher Certificate.
• Bachelor's degree in Education.
