Non-exempt position reporting to the Principal. Full-time (1.0 FTE) on a 229-day work calendar.
About the role
Support the flow of information by ensuring data is entered into school-related systems and databases accurately and timely. Generate reports, compile information, manage records, respond to inquiries, and perform data entry and database coordination.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Student Information System (SIS) data steward responsible for high-quality data management.
- Coordinate student registration and enrollment.
- Coordinate student withdrawals.
- Maintain student transcripts and graduation information.
- Assist parents and students in setting up accounts and utilizing district communication tools.
- Maintain student cumulative files.
- Provide student data and summary reporting to administrators in accordance with established guidelines.
- Coordinate and perform advanced student information procedures such as grade reporting and master scheduling.
- Analyze state and federal reports and correct data as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain good rapport with students, employees, community members, and vendors.
- Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentiality.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Two years of experience working in customer service and data entry.
- School office environment experience preferred.
- Experience working with Student Information System (Infinite Campus) or other school-related databases preferred.
- Obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ IVP FPCC).
