#26-27-21 Maintenance I / Coordinator

About the Role

Under the supervision of the Principal, acts as a Coordinator of the site Maintenance & Operations (M & O) department. Performs skilled and semi-skilled maintenance work and related tasks as required.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in general maintenance work.
• Completion of 12th grade or equivalent.

Qualifications

Knowledge of:

• General knowledge of one or more of the working trades.

Ability to:

• Follow written and oral instructions.
• Be dependable, industrious, and in good physical condition.
• Perform as an apprentice in one or more of the working trades.
