The San Juan Unified School District is seeking a full-time teacher for the 2026-27 school year at Schweitzer, Thomas Kelly, and Whitney Elementary schools.
About the role

Responsibilities
- Teach core academic subjects to students in grades K-8
- Implement curriculum aligned with state standards
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly

Requirements
- Valid California teaching credential
- Experience teaching grades K-8 preferred

Pay
The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $126,000 annually. Candidates must be internal employees to be placed on Column 5; for external candidates, the maximum incoming placement is Column 4/Step 11.
