About the role
Supports residents in their daily activities, provides companionship, assists with personal care tasks, and promotes overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assists residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitors residents' health and reports any concerns to supervisors
- Provides companionship and engages in social activities
- Ensures safety and security of residents at all times
- Completes required documentation and reports
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Flexibility to work varying hours and shifts
Skills
- Basic computer skills
- First aid/CPR certification (preferred)
