About the role
Responsible for providing direct care services to individuals with disabilities in their homes.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and record vital signs and health status.
- Ensure safety and security of the individual being served.
- Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare providers.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
- Pass a background check and criminal history review.
- Compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding home health care.
