The Project Manager supports program management operations through schedule management, deliverable tracking, customer engagement, and program coordination activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
• Support preparation of Monthly Status Reports (MSRs)
• Maintain Program Management Plans (PMPs)
• Track deliverables, action items, and program risks
• Coordinate meetings and maintain program documentation
• Serve as backup to the Program Manager as required
• Support customer communications and reporting requirements

Requirements

• Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with SCI eligibility
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Experience supporting government contracts and program execution
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance

Preferred qualifications

• Experience supporting DoD programs
• PMP or CAPM certification
• ITIL Foundations

Pay

Salary range: $100k - $140k. Final compensation determined based on candidate's unique qualifications, skills required for the position, professional experience, education, and business needs at time of hire.
