About the role

The Project Manager at rand* Construction Corporation is a key position responsible for the organization, implementation, and completion of projects to meet client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage projects efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, building owners, managers, consultants, and architects.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with employees and other stakeholders.
• Conduct job cost and cash flow analysis, prepare reports, and manage budgets.
• Master Procore and Microsoft Project modules, including Project Management and Financial Management tools.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Ensure adherence to contracts and deliver high-quality work.
• Communicate project progress and issues to clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• A four-year degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of architectural, engineering, and construction principles.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Understanding of financial terms and principles.
• Mastery of Procore and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of principles of architecture, engineering, and construction.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients, building owners, building managers, consultants, and architects.
• Good analytical and quantitative skills.
• Knowledge of financial terms and principles.
• Ability to conduct job cost and cash flow analysis, prepare reports, and manage budgets.
• Good understanding of contracts.
• Mastery of all Procore modules, including Project Management and Financial Management tools.
• Mastery of Microsoft Project and the implications of changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
