Project Execution
Aids in the creation of the project staffing plan and assignments.
Manages job site administration.
Coordinates the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.
Monitors and resolves issues and changes throughout the project.
Safeguards job site safety and security systems.
Ensures proper and timely delivery of materials.
Schedule Management
Develops, monitors, and updates the project schedule.
Cost Control
Establishes and manages the project-specific cost control system.
Maintains and monitors cost reports to ensure adherence to budgets.
Approves payments to subcontractors.
Submits invoices promptly.
Communications
Builds and maintains relationships with all project participants.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Business
- Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience
- Working knowledge of construction project management software (Procore and P6 scheduling)

The salary range for this role is $100,000.00 - $150,000.00.
