About the role
We are seeking an individual to join our busy expanding Day Surgery team at the Galloway Community Hospital in Stranraer. We require an enthusiastic and motivated individual who is able to work well as part of our team here with a fast turnover of patients undergoing a variety of procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist and work with the established teams in the delivery of various patient care procedures, both within Day Surgery as well as the Galloway Community Hospital as a whole.
- Possess excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
- Show good organisational skills, be able to work well both individually and as part of a team and have the ability to effectively deal with ever changing priorities in their workload.
- Include shift work to meet the needs of the service and provide an interesting and challenging opportunity to undertake enhanced skills and develop professionally.
Requirements
The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate flexibility to meet the needs of the service.
