About the role

The JV Assistant Football Coach will support the head coach in all aspects of the team's operations, including game preparation, player development, and team building.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game planning and strategy discussions
• Work with players to improve their skills and performance
• Attend all home and away games
• Participate in team meetings and practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or related field
• Experience coaching at the high school level
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Qualifications

• Knowledge of high school football rules and regulations
• Experience with player evaluation and development
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
