About the Role

We are looking for Sitters / Companions in Dripping Springs, TX, and surrounding areas to work in North Austin, South Austin, West Austin, East Austin, Manor, Elgin, Kyle, and Buda. This role offers a healthy and happy work environment with competitive pay and immediate start opportunities.

Schedule

Part-time with flexible schedules.

Pay

Base pay: $13 - $18 an hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship to clients.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Provide transportation (valid driver’s license required).
• Promote positive, supportive, and respectful communication with patients, families, and other employees.
• Create an environment that respects patient privacy and property.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills.
• Report unsafe conditions, problems, and observations to supervisors.
• Attend required in-services to demonstrate commitment, professional growth, and competency.
• Promote the Right at Home philosophy and administrative policies to ensure quality of care.

Requirements

• Willing to drive at least 30 minutes to arrive at the client’s home.
• Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
