About the role

Clark Personnel is seeking a Bookkeeper to join a growing and dynamic team in Mobile, AL. This is a full‑time contract position.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for a team of 5 employees
• Pay vendor invoices accurately and on time
• Enter receivables into the bookkeeping system
• Handle data entry and keep financial records current and organized

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an accounting clerk or bookkeeper
• Experience processing payroll and handling accounts payable and receivable
• Comfort working in bookkeeping or accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

Pay

$22/hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 7:30am to 2:30pm (30–40 hours per week)
