Responsibilities

• Manage student records and attendance using a database system
• Create and implement after-school programs for PreK-3 students
• Support teachers and staff in creating a positive learning environment
• Collaborate with other team members to enhance early childhood education

Requirements

• Appropriate certification in early childhood education
• Experience working with early elementary-aged children
• Experience in after-school programming
• Proficiency in database and word processing software
• Strong organizational skills
• A passion for students and the field of education
