21st Century Site Coordinator

Location: Ledge Street Elementary School • Work year: 2026-2027 • Start date: As soon as possible

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or Social Services
• Experience working with elementary school students, preferably in an after-school setting
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work as a team
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, positive environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and physical growth
• Provide on-site coordination of staff and programs
• Organize and plan after-school and summer-camp activities
• Coordinate and manage registration processes and class assignments
• Collaborate with school personnel
• Provide academic activities in Math and Literacy that link to the school day
• Work with families to encourage involvement
