203 - Shuttle Driver - Ochsner Medical Center - PT

Onsight Healthcare is supporting Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana, and is seeking a part-time shuttle bus driver for the morning shift.

Pay

$17.50/hour

Schedule

• Monday: 5:30am–9:30am and 6:00am–10:00am
• Tuesday: 5:30am–9:30am and 6:00am–10:00am
• Wednesday: 5:30am–9:30am and 6:00am–10:00am
• Thursday: 5:30am–9:30am and 6:00am–10:00am
• Friday: 5:30am–9:30am and 6:00am–10:00am
• Part-time, Monday–Friday

Requirements

• Over the age of 21
• Eligible to work for any U.S. employer
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid, active in-state regular driver’s license (permit or probationary license not accepted)
• At least 1 year of shuttle, bus, or delivery truck driving experience with a strong, personable, customer-centric background
• Safe driver familiar with and able to adhere to all major traffic laws
• Maintained a clean driving record for the past 5 years as an active driver
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights while working in an outdoor environment

CDL is not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities

When shuttling employees

• Greet and welcome employees to the healthcare facility
• Answer employees’ questions regarding office or department locations
• Follow a planned route, making scheduled stops to pick up or drop off employees
• Use apps/technology to maintain operational efficiency and logistics for the assigned shuttle route
• Complete pre-shift and end-shift safety checks and document any damage or necessary information about the shuttle

When not shuttle driving

• Greet and welcome employees to the healthcare facility
• Assist in maintaining a clean, welcoming, and professional work environment for co-workers and passengers
• Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with all employees and team members
• Answer employees’ questions regarding medical offices or department locations
