Pay

$45,000 per year

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 5 days per week, 8‑hour shifts. Starts Monday at 4:00 am through Friday night at 12:00 am. Weekends off. May include a mix of morning and evening shifts and occasional outside‑hours as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of vehicle readiness, safety, and performance.
• Maintain vehicle maintenance schedules, inspections, and records.
• Coordinate service appointments and repairs with approved vendors.
• Ensure fleet cleanliness, fueling, and preventive‑maintenance compliance.
• Track fleet performance and assist the Site Manager with vehicle‑related reporting.
• Support operational planning to align shuttle availability with service needs.

Requirements

• Age 21 years or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work for any U.S. employer.
• Valid, in‑state, active driver’s license (no temporary licenses or permits).
• 2–3 years of experience in fleet, logistics, or vehicle‑operations management.
• Basic mechanical understanding and ability to assess vehicle condition and safety.
• Comfortable driving shuttle buses or large vehicles.
