The Phillips 66 Marketing business distributes, sells and markets gasoline, diesel, aviation and renewable fuels in the United States and across Europe.
Responsibilities
Upon receiving a full-time offer with Phillips 66, you will be enrolled in KATALYST, a premier industry-leading energy commodity supply and trading development program for market-savvy university hires. KATALYST associates experience a brief but dynamic immersion to the Phillips 66 energy value chain just prior to, two targeted roles aimed at acquiring knowledge, impacting the business, and building relationships that will cultivate a fulfilling career.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent field of study or a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or MBA
- Graduation date prior to December 31, 2026 or May 31, 2027
- Available to work at Houston, TX headquarters

Pay
This position has a base salary range of $95,500 – $102,950 dependent on a candidate’s degree type and level of education.
