Responsibilities
Commercial University New Hires will join the Phillips 66 Trader Development Program following an onboarding to Phillips 66 as part of the KATALYST program. The Phillips 66 Trader Development Program is a competitive, learning journey designed for individuals who aspire to build a trading career at Phillips 66.
Example roles include market analyst, trading desk position analyst, logistics coordinator, marine operations and chartering, scheduler, business development and origination, and commodity trader.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- Bachelor’s degree program in Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics/Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent field of study or a Master’s degree in Economics, Finance or MBA
- Graduation date prior to December 31, 2026 or May 31, 2027
- Available to work at Houston, TX headquarters

- Previous internship or co-op participant in related industry (preferred)

- Experience with Python or related coding languages (preferred)
