During this immersive 10-week summer internship program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across Reckitt’s fast-paced Supply organization, supporting the operations behind brands like Lysol, Mucinex, Airborne, Durex, KY, Neuriva, and more.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of meaningful projects from the start, working alongside cross‑functional teams in areas such as Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Supply Chain.
• Optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Support product launches.
• Help solve real‑time supply challenges.
• Play a direct role in keeping the business moving.

Requirements

• Latest graduation date: May 2028.
• Must be available to work in person for 40 hours per week at Reckitt's office in Nutley, NJ.
• Relocation assistance may be granted.
• 10‑week, in‑person internship (June 2 – August 12).
• Internship includes: Individual Projects, Formal Mentorship and Buddy System, Learning and Development Opportunities, Functional Skills Training, End of Summer Presentations, Relocation Support.
