During this immersive 10-week summer internship program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across Reckitt’s fast-paced Supply organization, supporting the operations behind brands like Lysol, Mucinex, Airborne, Durex, KY, Neuriva, and more.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of meaningful projects from the start
• Work alongside cross‑functional teams in areas such as Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Continuous Improvement, and Customer Supply Chain
• Optimize processes and improve operational efficiency
• Support product launches
• Help solve real‑time supply challenges
• Gain hands‑on experience across Reckitt’s Supply organization

Requirements

• BA/BS required
• Must be available to work in person for 40 hours a week at Reckitt's office in Nutley, NJ
• Relocation assistance may be granted

Pay

The base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.

Schedule

10‑week in‑person summer internship program running from June 2 to August 12. Required availability: 40 hours per week, in‑person at Reckitt’s North America Headquarters in Nutley, New Jersey. The role will involve rotation across the U.S.
