About the role

As a Summer or Winter Analyst at Altman Solon, you will gain exposure to strategy consulting through a 10-week internship. The winter session runs from January 2027 to March 2027, and the summer session runs from June 2027 to August 2027. Over the course of the program, you will be involved in every aspect of our consulting practice.

Responsibilities

  • Develop novel, data-driven methodologies and own execution of solving complex client problems.
  • Build a variety of rigorous business models, market sizings, and quantitative Excel-based tools to be delivered to and used by clients on an ongoing basis.
  • Conduct research to understand market demand drivers, competitive landscapes, and technology trends, including state-of-the-art survey design and analysis, as well as primary interviews with subject matter experts.
  • Assist with synthesis and presentation of key findings and recommendations to clients.
  • Develop content-specific knowledge that will continue to expand and evolve throughout your time at Altman Solon.

Qualifications

Open to undergraduate students on track to graduate in December 2027 or spring of 2028, and Master’s degree students on track to graduate in December 2027 or spring of 2028.

Boston, MA; New York, NY; Los Angeles, CA; San Francisco, CA.

Pay

$1,900 per week.

Schedule

10-week internship. Winter session: January 2027 – March 2027. Summer session: June 2027 – August 2027.
