About the role

Key’s Enterprise Internship is a 10.5-week program that provides meaningful work, feedback, coaching, and engaging events to spark interest in a full-time career at Key. Interns contribute to line-of-business projects that directly impact Key’s strategic pillars. The program includes networking across all organizational levels, Learning Labs on Key’s competitive landscape, financial wellness, and professional development, plus an assigned mentor.

Internship Program Highlights

  • Experience with industry-leading software (e.g., Tableau, ServiceNow, Visual Studio, Jira, Automation Anywhere, Jenkins, PowerShell, HTML, C#, Python, SQL, JavaScript)
• Opportunity for consideration in the KTS Rotational Analyst Program post-graduation, based on performance and business demand

Placement Opportunities

Interns may be placed in the Business Optimization, Analytics & Reporting track, supporting world-class operations solutions and process improvements in areas such as:

• Business Analysis & Optimization
• Continuous Improvement
• Reporting
• Process Improvement and Mapping
• Project Management

Requirements

• Completion of at least three years toward a four-year undergraduate degree in Business, Operations, Organizational Management, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Science, System Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related majors
• Anticipated graduation date of May 2028 or December 2027
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork through work experience or extracurricular activities
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Project, or related business software
• Intellectual curiosity, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn

Pay

This position offers an hourly rate of $25 per hour, plus a $2,000 Summer Internship Sign-on Bonus.
