Mary Kay University is a 10‑week summer internship program that provides undergraduate and graduate students with meaningful, real‑world experience across a variety of business functions.

The Finance team ensures the company has the financial resources to enrich women’s lives around the world. Team members partner cross‑functionally to analyze business performance, support strategic initiatives, enable data‑driven decision‑making, and safeguard company assets.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree at an accredited university (full‑time undergraduate or part‑time/full‑time graduate students).
• Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Preferred degrees: Finance, Accounting, Business, or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills to interact with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to work on multiple projects.
• Strong attention to detail.

Pay

All internships are paid, starting at $20 per hour.

Schedule

The internship runs for 10 weeks, from late June to mid‑August. Interns work Monday‑Friday, 40 hours per week, with an in‑office presence 4‑5 days per week. Locations are the Global Headquarters in Addison, TX, or the Manufacturing/R&D Facility in Lewisville, TX.
