2027 Summer Internship Program - Global Technology & Solutions - Quality Engineer

About the role

Interns assist designated department management and staff in performing assigned tasks under direct or general supervision. This Global Technology & Solutions (GTS) internship functions as a Quality Engineer Intern. The position is in‑person in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, United States, with up to four days per week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Build an understanding of the businesses and customers the role supports.
• Answer and direct incoming calls internally and externally.
• Provide support for the manager and other areas as indicated.
• Assist in completing various departmental projects and reports.
• Perform operational and administrative functions.
• Perform diversified clerical duties as assigned.
• Support or partner with several business functions, areas, or departments.
• Participate in various projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (required).
• Currently enrolled in a four‑year college program; graduation date of December 2027 or May 2028 preferred.
• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Some exposure to Java, JavaScript, Jira, and/or open‑source tools and databases (preferred).
• Interest in AI and Machine Learning.
• 3.2 GPA or higher (preferred).
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work in an office environment.

Pay

$30.74 per hour (USD).

Schedule

Full‑time (40 hours per week). In‑office up to four days a week.
