About the role

Clark Hill PLC is seeking to hire a second year law student for its 2027 Summer Associate Program in the Banking & Financial Services Business Unit based in Dallas.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents and research.
• Participate in client meetings and assist in drafting legal opinions and memoranda.
• Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives within the Business Unit.
• Gain exposure to various aspects of banking and financial services law.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled as a second year law student.
• Strong academic performance, including satisfactory Spring 2026 term grades.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and analysis.
