About the role

Select Sires, Inc. seeks individuals to join our team as Veterinary Medicine Interns. This hourly, non-exempt position is located at our Plain City, OH facility and reports to the Chief Veterinarian.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a positive representative of the Select Sires, Inc. Mission and Core Values.
• Assist with sample collection, physical exams, reproductive exams, and treatment of bulls.
• Assist with export paperwork.

Work schedules and duties are subject to change to meet departmental needs.

Schedule

The Veterinary Medicine Intern’s work schedule is 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Reliable means of transportation to report to work on time.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• A positive attitude with a passion for learning.
