Our Global Graduate Program (GGP) is an accelerated, entry-level opportunity for college graduates with 1 to 3 years of professional experience who are ready to fast-track their careers globally. The program is designed to prepare participants for a Lead Manager role within one year, with potential international career opportunities across BAT. As a Global Graduate in Operations, you will develop functional, leadership and business capabilities through hands-on assignments and rotations across Manufacturing, Leaf, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality and Procurement while collaborating with leaders to deliver meaningful business results.
Responsibilities
- Owning projects that drive business and financial results across areas such as Supply Chain, Procurement, Safety, Quality, process optimization and waste reduction.
- Delivering high-quality results through collaboration, accountability and self-leadership.
- Analyzing operational challenges and recommending solutions.
- Supporting change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leading a team, depending on the assignment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Industrial Management, Business, STEM or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Operations or a related area.
- Strong academic performance and relevant internship, practicum or leadership experience.
- Demonstrated leadership potential, business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Intellectual curiosity, adaptability and a results-driven mindset.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and deliver presentations using data and insights.
- Exposure to IWS, Lean or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to relocate globally.

Paid Leave
