Transaction teams are typically small, providing significant responsibilities early in your career.

We are recruiting for our next Investment Banking Analyst class and will consider Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 graduates.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree from a leading university, preferably with a major in finance or accounting
• Prior work experience as a summer analyst at another investment bank strongly preferred
• Strong quantitative, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on team chemistry

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex financial analyses and models
• Conduct due diligence investigations of client companies
• Support the preparation of detailed memoranda and presentations describing the key attributes of client companies
• Research potential buyers/investors
• Participate in various marketing and recruiting activities of the firm

Pay

For this role in New York City, the base salary range is $100,000.00 per year. Certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as a discretionary bonus.
