We are looking for candidates interested in Investment Banking to join TD Securities as a Full-Time Analyst starting July 2027.

As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will work on a collaborative and dynamic team, developing extensive industry experience, building long-lasting relationships, and creating best-in-class, client-facing presentation materials and financial models. Analysts will have the opportunity to work across one of the following product/coverage groups: Chemicals, Communications & Media, Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, Financial Institutions, Financial Sponsors, Industrials, Mergers & Acquisitions, Power & Utilities, Real Estate, or Technology.

Responsibilities
- Build and maintain complex financial models
- Perform various financial analyses and apply valuation tools to assess opportunities
- Conduct comprehensive and in-depth company and industry research
- Draft external marketing materials and client pitch presentations
- Support in the execution of financing and M&A transactions
- Collaborate with various teams across the Corporate & Investment bank
- Provide specialized financial and statistical analysis on a broad range of marketing and execution activities, including conducting research, performing ongoing analyses, preparing supporting documentation, and assisting in due diligence efforts on transactions
- Assist in the analysis of clients' financial situations, industry and market data, and M&A opportunities
- Assist in valuations of private and public companies
- Perform basic to intermediate financial modeling in Excel
- Provide input on external client proposals and internal underwriting memos; assist in the preparation of client presentations
- Establish an environment that promotes respect for the individual employee and adheres to the policies and guidelines of the Bank
- Maintain confidentiality of client information
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. For individuals whose work authorization is or will be based on F-1 optional practical training, your degree or anticipated degree must be in a qualifying STEM program, as reflected on your Form I-20
- Results-driven with proven academic excellence and strong interpersonal skills
- High ethical and professional standards
- Prior Investment Banking (or similar) internship experience preferred
- Strong financial/analytical skills, knowledge of MS Excel preferred
- Proactive and highly motivated
- Able to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Demonstrated leadership (e.g., sports, clubs, extracurricular activities, and philanthropy)
Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Mathematics/Economics
- Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses (0-3 years of related experience)
