About the role

The Finance Foundation Program (FFP) is a leadership development program at Caterpillar Financial. It provides exposure to different areas of Caterpillar Financial's core business, specifically the Financial Products Division (FPD).

Responsibilities

  • Participate in four, 1-year intentional placements across customer-facing, origination, credit, and specialty roles.
  • Gain an understanding of multiple Cat Financial business units.
  • Work closely with senior leadership.
  • Engage in leadership development courses and mentorship programs.
  • Participate in corporate responsibility initiatives.
  • Enjoy life in Nashville upon program completion.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale at the time of application.
  • Maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA through graduation.
  • Degree must be completed by hire date.
  • Domestic Mobility Authorized to work in U.S.
  • Desired qualifications include: Ability to work independently, knowledge of statistical analysis, strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, and bi-lingual skills.

  • Relocation is available to those that qualify.

  • Program Start Date: July 12, 2027.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary for this role ranges from $79,800.00 - $131,280.00.
