About the role

This immersive program offers critical work experience through rotations in specific areas of the bank over the course of a year. You’ll participate in a custom curriculum to deepen your financial services acumen and build skills in strategy, innovation, creativity, data analysis, project management, and more. The program includes real work experience, candid conversations with top leaders, and opportunities to connect with peers. Upon successful completion, you’ll have the opportunity to secure placement based on business needs, your preference, and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Complete all prescribed training satisfactorily prior to the end of the program.
  • Complete any additional training as recommended by the manager, either during or after the program.
  • Participate in business rotations, working on projects and business-as-usual activities to apply concepts and demonstrate results in line with rotational managers’ expectations.
  • Perform special projects or assignments outside of the formalized training program, as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree required with a graduation date of May 2026 - June 2027.
  • 3.0+ GPA.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong initiative and personal accountability.
  • Demonstrated leadership through on-campus, community involvement, and/or work experience.
  • Enthusiasm for a career in financial services.
  • General knowledge of the financial services industry.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Ability to be based in Charlotte, NC for the duration of the program and be hired into one of Truist’s Finance Hub locations upon placement after graduation.

Finance Track Details

The Finance track is designed to build a pipeline of agile learners and transformational thinkers who quickly connect insights from diverse experiences and broad enterprise exposure. Rotational opportunities include teams such as Accounting, Reporting and Tax, Corporate Treasury, Enterprise Finance, Enterprise Change & Controls, and Enterprise Corporate Services.

A role within the Financial Management Organization provides a behind-the-scenes view of how a large company makes business decisions and measures success. You’ll use data to solve complex business challenges, partner with leaders across the organization, and contribute to work that influences strategy, profitability, and growth. Skills developed include financial analysis, business communication, forecasting, and strategic thinking.

Benefits
