Finance, including Treasury, oversees financial control, reporting and forecasting, as well as product control. We closely monitor budgets and provide the business with accurate, high-quality financial and management information. We also support and challenge the business through enhanced insights, analytics, and resources, and help investors see the full picture of our performance. As part of this truly global team, you'll not only gain expertise in interpreting figures but also take on a critical role as a business manager, helping shape strategy and ensuring our operations remain on course.

Explorer Program

You'll join our explorer program, a 2-year program designed to give you depth and breadth of experience. Participating in job-based bespoke training from the start enabling you to go fully-equipped into your role as you embark on the first of three eight-month long rotations.

Responsibilities

• Daily profit and loss analysis for business units, identifying and researching performance impacts, trends and insights.
• Compilation of regular reports, scorecards and presentations based on analysis for senior management.
• Participation in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Assist in calls and meetings with fiscal stakeholders.
• Management of the development and implementation of financial models and strategies that support in decision making.
• Training and mentoring of junior colleagues, facilitation of individual or group training sessions, and development and maintenance of training materials.
• Utilisation of data and data points in many forms (such as workforce, portfolios) to derive financials for key decision making and support of strategic conversations with senior leaders.

Requirements

• Motivated with a strong degree or expected degree achieved before June 2027.
• GPA of 3.2 or above.
• Understanding of financial concepts and markets.
• Resourcefulness, leadership, team spirit, and entrepreneurial drive, shown through involvement in extracurriculars.

Qualifications

• A finance or accounting major is a plus, but not essential.

Pay

Minimum: $78,000 / Maximum: $78,000 (base salary only; does not include other compensation or benefits).
