Responsibilities
- Guide the business’ adherence to the Compliance risk management framework.
- Provide advisory services to colleagues about regulation related to specific products and services.
- Utilize data and analytics to proactively monitor and influence the business Compliance risk landscape.
- Develop Compliance risk insight and understanding, including Laws, Rules and Regulations, Financial Crime, and Conduct.
- Train business stakeholders.
- Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, consistently driving continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge and experience in assigned areas of expertise.
- Lead and supervise a team (if applicable), guiding professional development, allocating work, and coordinating resources.

- Develop technical expertise in your work area, acting as an advisor where appropriate.
- Partner with other functions and business areas.

Qualifications
- Undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 – June 2027.
- GPA of 3.2 or above.
- Genuine passion for Compliance and an enthusiastic mindset.
- Customer-first attitude, adaptability, and a hunger to learn new technologies.
- Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis (Barclays will not sponsor work visas).

Pay
Base salary: $78,000 per year.
