2027 Environmental Engineer Intern/Co-op
About the role
As an Environmental Engineer Co-op/Intern, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our operations are safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible. From supporting environmental initiatives to enhancing process safety and loss prevention, your contributions will help us achieve our Goal Zero workplace and maintain the highest standards of safety and environmental stewardship.
Responsibilities
- Support and guide on environmental issues
- Aid in understanding and complying with requirements to minimize environmental risks and support informed decision-making
- Monitor performance, promote beneficial change, and interact with internal stakeholders to identify, quantify, and manage environmental risks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or an equivalent degree from an accredited university
- Overall GPA of 3.0 or greater
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future
- Must be available to complete two consecutive co-op terms (Summer/Fall): May - December 2026
