The Consumer Banking Accelerated Rotational Program is designed for exceptional and highly motivated college graduates with a desire to further develop their leadership ability. The program provides an accelerated career path focused on developing the tools needed to be future leaders at Ally Financial, a leading diversified Fortune 500 financial services company.

The Rotational Experience
The Consumer Banking Accelerated Rotational Program is an outstanding opportunity for participants to gain a diversity of business experience in a short period of time and launch their careers as leaders at Ally. Some rotations will provide direct customer-facing experience. Within the rotations, participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their analytical, leadership, project management, problem solving, innovation, and communications skills. Subsequent assignments within the rotational paths will be determined for each participant based on the participant's demonstrated skill set and interest while in the program.
Candidates will be placed into rotations based on their experience and career interests, as well as the needs of the business. The program provides participants three 8-month rotations throughout multiple lines of business within the Consumer and Commercial Banking Organization.
Business Units
- Deposits: Products that support customer's personal journey including Savings, Spending, Money Market, and CDs
- Data & Analytics: Supports the enterprise and all lines of business with a structured approach to collecting, analyzing and interpreting data from multiple sources to uncover digital insights that help improve customer experiences and business performance
- Invest: Three core areas of business: Product (Self-directed for the hands-on investor, Robo automated investing, and Personal Advice mass affluent offering with human advisors), Invest Operations, and Trading & Margin
- Customer Care and Operations (CCO): A coordinated system of teams and strategies that provides access to information and resources, enabling interactions that create value for the customer. CC&E embodies the human component of the digital banking experience, supporting the individual needs of each customer
- Business Line Risk: Level set expectations across all Bank business lines to gain insight into potential gaps, areas of enhancement, and drive consistency in various processes and reporting
- Financial Crimes: Fraud Strategy and Process and Business Analysis functions are to maintain routines to execute BAU actions and establish a more effective maintenance of changes to people, processes, and/or technology within the Fraud Prevention organization and across Ally
- Payment Strategy: Brand New! As an all digital bank, how can we make our customer's access to their funds as seamless as possible?
- Digital: The Digital team owns Consumer Bank's digital channel strategy, including mobile and online banking experiences, self-service capabilities, and alerts and notifications. The team drives continuous improvement of digital journeys and leads the Product Community of Practice to ensure scalable, consistent, and customer-focused digital solutions across products
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study (graduating between December 2026 and June 2027)
- Interest in the field of Financial Services
- Excellent leadership, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Previous industry-related work experience/internships preferred
- Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
Pay
- Base Pay Rate: $72,000 USD
- This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan
