Responsibilities

Aid in sourcing and contracting processes aligned with business goals and industry standards, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and supplier diversity and sustainability initiatives.

Drive supplier management activities in support of category strategic sourcing and for owned supplier relationships, fostering collaborative and innovative interactions, including managing lower-risk negotiations and workshops.

Adhere to risk mitigation plans collaboratively developed with Category Managers, providing input on supplier performance and identifying procurement risks to protect organizational interests and ensure operational resilience.

Implement continuous improvement projects initiated by the Procurement Sourcing Center (PSC), promoting adaptability and innovation in procurement operations.

Develop and enhance procurement expertise through personal learning paths, supporting team goals and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Specific and tactical expertise in enabling procurement processes, including source-to-contract planning and cost assessment, for strategic and informed procurement decisions.
• Previous experience in procurement, supply chain, or related business functions.
• Ability to manage bidding and negotiation processes.
• Experience in collaborative supplier relationships, aligning procurement activities with business needs.
• Innovative problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset, facilitating creative approaches and clear communication.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork skills, adept at navigating diverse team dynamics.
• Effective soft skills and emotional intelligence, enabling empathetic interactions, communication, and relationship-building.
• Impactful abilities and a strong work ethic, maintaining efficiency in challenging situations and building consensus in decision-making.
