2027 Early Careers: Analyst, Technology – United States, Charlotte, NC & Houston, TX
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it — never emit heading followed by filler/placeholder text. Prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones.
We need to extract relevant content: About Us, Make your mark in Technology, How You Will Make An Impact, Responsibilities, Minimum Qualifications (Education Requirements, Program Requirements, Core Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications), Pay (salary range for certain locations), Benefits (Enjoy Benefits That Take Care Of What Matters), maybe Schedule (in-person requirement: at least four days per week). Also maybe "Application Deadline" but that's application instruction; we should remove application instructions. So we should not include Application Deadline. Also "Functional Area IT - Information Technology" maybe minor metadata; we can fold into a short
or drop. Probably include as a short paragraph.
We need to avoid duplication. Let's gather substantive paragraphs.
Sections:
- About the role? Could combine "About Us" and "Make your mark in Technology" and "How You Will Make An Impact". Might be better to have sections: About the role (summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications (maybe combine Minimum and Preferred), Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
But we must only include sections if there is real content. We have content for About the role (the initial paragraphs about AIG reimagining, etc). Responsibilities list. Qualifications: Education Requirements, Program Requirements, Core Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications. Benefits: paragraph about Total Rewards Program. Pay: salary range for Colorado, Jersey City, NYC. Schedule: in-person requirement (at least four days per week). Also maybe "Functional Area" as minor metadata.
We need to use
for each section heading. Use - for any list. Use
for prose.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading. The job title is "Analyst in Information Technology". Not to be used as heading.
We must not include application instructions (deadline, how to apply). So remove "Application Deadline" etc.
We must not include EEO boilerplate etc. Remove those paragraphs about equal opportunity, accommodation, etc. Also remove "Welcome to a culture of inclusion" etc? That might be considered boilerplate but it's about culture; maybe it's substantive? It's about inclusion and belonging; could be considered part of About Us. However it's somewhat generic but still specific to AIG. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The inclusion paragraph might be considered EEO? It's about culture of inclusion, not exactly EEO legal boilerplate. Might be okay to keep but could be considered boilerplate. Safer to remove? The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity boilerplate. The paragraph about inclusion and belonging could be considered EEO-related. I'd remove it to be safe.
Also remove "Reimagining insurance to make a bigger difference to the world" etc? That's about AIG description; could be part of About Us. Keep.
We need to preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep details like the 24-month rotational program, three 8-month rotations, etc.
Let's craft sections:
About the role
... combine paragraphs: AIG is reimagining how we help customers manage risk. Join us as an Analyst in Information Technology and play a part in that transformation while gaining opportunities to learn, grow your skills, and build your experience as a valued member of the team. That's a lot but okay.

Demonstrated interest in technology, innovation, and applying technical solutions to business challenges. Interest in one or more areas such as software or systems engineering, data, cybersecurity, architecture, technology project management, or technology risk and controls.
We should not include application instructions like "unofficial transcript required upon application" maybe okay as it's part of education requirements. Not application instruction.
We should not include "Available to start the Program on July 26, 2027." That's program requirement.
We should not include "Previous internship experience is required." That's a requirement.
We should not include "Analyst positions are in-person opportunities, requiring employees to work in the office at least four days per week." That's schedule; maybe better placed under Schedule section. But we could keep it under Qualifications as part of program requirements. However we also have a Schedule section later; we might duplicate. Better to move schedule to its own section. So under Qualifications we keep education and core/preferred qualifications, but not the in-person requirement.
Thus Qualifications section:
