2027 Clark Capital Mentoring/Internship Program

Clark Capital Management Group is excited to announce our 2027 Summer Internship Program. This program centers around professional development by providing participants with an overview of Clark Capital Management Group and a high-level understanding of the firm’s operations, business strategies, and corporate culture. We offer a dynamic internship opportunity aimed at developing, mentoring, and coaching undergraduate students in Asset Management, Finance, Operations, Sales, and Technology. Interns will gain valuable insights into various functional areas of the firm and have the chance to interact directly with our team members, including senior leadership.

Duration & Location

This is a 7-week in-person program in Philadelphia, PA, running tentatively from June 7th to July 22nd (excluding the week of July 4th).

Application deadline: September 30, 2026. Applications may close early based on volume. Final selections will be made by November 17, 2026, with final acceptance required by December 1, 2026.

Program Focus

• Coaching and Mentoring: Students will receive guidance and constructive feedback through various learning opportunities. The program fosters an encouraging environment and provides opportunities to build relationships with mentors and industry experts.
• Self-Directed Learning: Interns will develop this skill through reading, attending learning events, and leveraging the knowledge of employees. Motivation to excel is encouraged as essential for personal and professional growth.
• On-the-Job Experience: Interns will develop competencies and enhance classroom knowledge by collaborating with colleagues and experiencing real-world situations in a day-to-day working environment.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university, typically pursuing a degree in finance, economics, math, statistics, or a related field.
• Year of Study: Primarily open to undergraduate students in their junior and senior years, though some opportunities may be available for sophomores.
• Skills and Experience: Relevant coursework or previous internship experience in finance, investments, or related areas is beneficial. Strong analytical, quantitative, coding, and communication skills are highly valued.

Pay

The total compensation for this position includes base salary or wages and may include additional components such as cash or equity, discretionary bonuses, or commissions.
