About the role

As a Summer Analyst in the Chase Leadership Development Program (CLDP), you will participate in a vigorous 9-week introduction to our Full-time Program. The summer is centered on providing you with a comprehensive look at Chase, focusing on value-add matters that have a real-life impact on our customers. Both our Summer and Full-time Programs deepen your knowledge of Chase through exposure to our business units: Auto, Business Banking, Card Services, Connected Commerce, Consumer Banking, Digital Product & Experience, Finance, Home Lending, J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Marketing, Controls, Operations, Risk Management, & Strategy.

CLDP Summer Analysts are placed in a role focused on one of the following program disciplines: Product, Project/Program Management, and Strategy & Strategic Initiatives.

You will have access to training opportunities structured to enhance your business acumen while developing your professional and technical skills. A strong support network, including a dedicated program manager, mentors, and senior leaders, will be invested in your success. Frequent manager feedback, coaching, and peer mentoring will help you build your network. Successful completion of the CLDP Summer Analyst Program may result in an offer of employment into our CLDP Full-time (2-year rotational) program.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize data analytics to measure operational effectiveness, support risk/reward-related business decisions, and assess and forecast profit.
  • Drive product development through the lifecycle – testing, iterating, measuring, and marketing new and developing features.
  • Manage project management efforts for high visibility of our brands, including marketing & media initiatives.
  • Evaluate and quantify business strategies in line with regulatory controls.
  • Develop innovative solutions to key business cases by collaborating across business, product areas, and functions (e.g., Engineering, Brand, Legal, Compliance, Finance, UX Design).
  • Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled solutions to automate workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance customer/stakeholder experience while ensuring appropriate model evaluation, monitoring, and responsible AI controls.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a B.A., B.S., or 5th year M.A. or M.S. degree with expected graduation of December 2027 through June 2028.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0.
  • Coursework in Actuarial Science, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Analytics, Information Systems, or Emerging Technology in Business is a plus.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring employment-based immigration sponsorship.

Locations: Wilmington, DE; Columbus, OH; Plano, TX.
