About the role
Northrop Grumman’s Business Management Internship offers full-time, paid positions in Sunnyvale, CA for summer 2027. Interns will be placed into one of the following Business Management roles: Program Control Analyst (PCA), Contracts Analyst, Pricing Analyst, Rates Analyst, Budget Analyst, Financial Planning Analyst, Accounting Analyst, Scheduling Analyst, or an Analyst in a Controller support department.
Responsibilities
Interns will support mission-enabling business functions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to programs that protect U.S. and allied interests. Responsibilities vary by role but may include financial analysis, budgeting, pricing, contracts administration, scheduling, or accounting support.
Requirements
- Enrolled full-time in an accredited college/university pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree and will remain enrolled full-time in Fall 2027.
- Major in a Business Degree (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Management, Economics) or a business-adjacent field (Legal Studies, Mathematics, Statistics, Risk Management, Global Supply Chain, etc.).
- Available to work 40 hours per week for at least 10 weeks during summer 2027.
- U.S. citizenship is required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance and any required Program Special access.
Qualifications
- Overall cumulative GPA of 3.00/4.0 or higher.
- Prior business-relevant internship or work experience.
- Existing active U.S. Government security clearance (preferred).
Pay
- Bachelor’s: $19.25 to $34.75 per hour
- Master’s: $27.50 to $43.25 per hour
Pay rates are standardized based on anticipated graduation date, geographic location, and role type.
