About the role
The BXCI Finance Summer Analyst Program offers comprehensive experience to college juniors interested in a career in credit finance. The program is designed to develop talent and identify top candidates for the full-time BXCI Finance Analyst position. Summer Analysts gain hands-on experience across BXCI Finance, with direct exposure to senior-level management, engaging mentors, and targeted training to enhance technical, analytical, and communication skills.
Projects and responsibilities vary by group but may include financial analyses, maintaining financial models, forecasting P&L and capital metrics, performance tracking, quarterly management reporting, and quarterly SEC reporting.
Requirements

- Self-starter, highly organized, and detail-oriented

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Adapts effectively to new challenges in a dynamic environment while handling multiple projects
- Strong work ethic, professional integrity, a positive attitude, and genuine passion for excellence
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Qualifications
To be considered for the 2027 Summer Analyst Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student
- Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2027 – Spring 2028
- Resume must include expected graduation month/year and GPA
- Resume must be in PDF format
Pay
Expected annual base salary range: $90,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. For roles located outside of the US, salary will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables.
Additional compensation may include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the role.
