About The Role As an Analyst at Athena, you’ll support client-facing work across our Client Partnerships departments, including Management Consulting, Marketing & Communications, Events & Experiences, Innovation & Market Intelligence, and Optimization & Reporting. You’ll contribute to client deliverables, presentations, research, project coordination, and strategic recommendations that help our teams deliver thoughtful, high-quality work for clients. This role is designed for a generalist who is curious, adaptable, and excited to learn how Athena’s integrated client service model comes to life across departments. As part of the Athena team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across disciplines, support internal and external workstreams, and build the foundational skills needed to grow within a fast-paced consultancy. Our analyst position begins in July 2027 and is a full-time opportunity to join Athena.
