About the role

The fellowship is designed for recent graduates with a Master of Healthcare Administration degree who are passionate about improving outcomes for children with special needs. Fellows will work closely with ChildServe's leadership team and staff to gain hands-on experience in healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing administrative strategies to support program growth and efficiency.
  • Support the development and execution of annual budgets and financial plans.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of training programs for staff.
  • Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • A Master of Healthcare Administration degree from an accredited institution.
  • Recent graduate status (within 1-2 years of graduation).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare administration or related field preferred.
  • Interest in working with children and families.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
