About the role
The fellowship is designed for recent graduates with a Master of Healthcare Administration degree who are passionate about improving outcomes for children with special needs. Fellows will work closely with ChildServe's leadership team and staff to gain hands-on experience in healthcare administration.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing administrative strategies to support program growth and efficiency.
- Support the development and execution of annual budgets and financial plans.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the planning and implementation of training programs for staff.
- Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures.
Requirements
- A Master of Healthcare Administration degree from an accredited institution.
- Recent graduate status (within 1-2 years of graduation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- Interest in working with children and families.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
