2026 Summer Programs - Robotics: Youth Mentor

Responsibilities

• Serve as role models for younger students
• Provide feedback to students on projects and robotics/design work
• Collaborate daily with lead and assistant adult staff to plan activities and lessons
• Lead activities and teach robotics concepts to small and large groups of students

Requirements

High School Students

Qualifications

• Must be rising into 10th through 14th grades
• Must have completed at least one year of high school
• Must have a strong interest in robotics and technology
• Must be able to commit to the full duration of the program

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic understanding of robotics and engineering concepts

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 12:30pm
