About the role
As an intern in the T5D – Legal, Risk, and Procurement department, you will gain hands-on experience in procurement processes, supporting initiatives related to legal compliance, risk management, and procurement strategies. This role offers opportunities to collaborate with senior professionals and contribute to projects that enhance organizational efficiency and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting market research and supplier evaluations
- Support the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures
- Help manage procurement documentation and records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation efforts
- Support procurement reporting and analysis
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain Management)
- Strong academic performance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Interest in procurement, risk management, and legal compliance
Qualifications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with procurement software (optional)

Pay
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00 per hour.
Schedule
The intern will work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work as needed.
