2026 Planting Cook

Responsibilities

• Prepare a hot breakfast, dinner and a packable lunch for 20-75 people in a tree planting camp.
• Larger camps may have a Head Cook and an Assistant Cook.
• Paid a daily base rate with bonus based on the number of planters in camp.

Requirements

• Commit to work for the entire length of the spring contract.

Qualifications

• Tentative contract dates are:
• Ontario: May 1st to July 1st
• Manitoba: May 10th to July 25th
• Alberta: May 10th to August 1st
