2026 Line Cook - seasonal

Responsibilities

• Preparing restaurant foods, hot and cold according to specifications
• Delivering plates that are beautifully presented with great attention to detail
• Maintaining knowledge of food products, sanitation standards and all proper culinary techniques
• Working as a team and effectively communicating to management and staff
• Ensuring guest expectations are exceeded
• Ensuring requisitions are processed properly

Requirements

• Previous culinary experience in a luxury hotel or restaurant is required.
• A culinary degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Paid no less than $21.52 per hour
• Returning workers and workers with more experience may be paid higher wage rates up to $28.75 per hour
• Overtime hours may be available at a rate ranging from $32.28 to $43.13 per hour
