2026 Northeast Management Trainee - Multiple Locations
About the role
The Management in Trainee (MIT) Program at SRS/Heritage is a fast-track initiative designed to develop future leaders in the building/landscape or pool distribution industry. Participants will gain hands-on experience across various departments including warehouse operations, sales, finance, safety, supply chain, and human resources.

- Exhibits strong leadership qualities and a dedicated work ethic
- Proven success in roles requiring responsibility and accountability

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong computer skills, including strategic thinking, organization, and time management
Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree or be within 2 semesters of graduating with a Bachelors
- A degree in Industrial Distribution, Supply Chain, Business Management, Construction Management, or similar major is preferred
- In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, 2 plus years of related work experience is required
- Ability to relocate for training and promotional purposes within the United States
- Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Pay
A standardized base pay of $25.50 per hour. Final salary determined by job-related knowledge, skillset, and experience.
Schedule
Training takes place in two branches, with approximately 50% of the training completed in each location.
